Visit Lake Iowa Nature Center (LINC) this summer on Saturdays 10a-2p from June 13 through August 8. LINC will be open for you to explore inside, do some fun interactive activities, and learn about nature. Some Saturdays will have a 1pm program at the nature center, others will have a roving program in the Lake Iowa Park campground starting at 2pm. See all info below.

Plant Life Cycle Summer Take Home Kit Pick-up

Learn about nature from home with ICC summer take home kits! They include hands on activities and virtual resources that your children can do at home. The topic for this take home kit is the plant life cycle, and is for youth 10-13 years old.
The kits are FREE, and made possible by the Friends of Iowa County Conservation Foundation. A limited number of kits are available, and registration is required. All kits will be available for pick-up from the Lake Iowa Nature Center in Lake Iowa Park anytime from 9a-Noon on this day.

Learn about the important role that bats take on in an ecosystem and build a bat house to take home! All ages welcome.
Please register online ahead of time so we know have many materials to prepare. $5.00 per bat house (for materials) will be due at the start of the program.
