Requesting a Ride

All rides must be scheduled in advance. To schedule a ride or get more details about your fare, call us at 319-642-7615. Reservations are taken by phone Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance, with additional notice required for out-of-county trips. Same-day service is available on a limited basis.

Have the following information ready when you call:

• Passenger name(s)
• Date of trip
• Pickup address and phone number
• Dropoff address and phone number
• Appointment time
• Return time (if needed)
• Return address and phone number
• Special needs (uses a wheelchair, walker, oxygen tank, etc.)
• Name(s) and phone number(s) of any additional passengers
• Billing information

To cancel your reservation, please call 319-642-7615 as soon as you know transportation will not be needed.

• Preschool transport
• Medical/dental appointments inside and outside of Iowa County
• Shopping
• Work

Rules

• No smoking or chewing tobacco
• No open food or drinks
• All available seatbelts must be used

Fares

One-way, within Iowa County

• Local: $3.00
• 0-10 miles: $6.00
• 10-20 miles: $8.00
• 20+ miles: $10.00

Waiting time: $20.00 per hour

Out-of-county fares start at $10.00 for scheduled runs and $40.00 for others. These fares are based on a combination of miles and time. Please call our office at 319-642-7615 for fare details.
