Civil Papers
- $30.00 - Original Notices, Orders, Writs.
- $20.00 - Each additional paper to serve at same household
- $35.00 - Subpoena
- $35.00 - Warrant
Wage Garnishment
- $30.00 - Levy on Execution
- $30.00 - Garnishment and Interrogatories
- $30.00 - Notice of Garnishment
Evictions
- $30.00 - Writs (including Evictions)
- $25.00 per hour Attendance Fee
Other
- $50.00 - Certificate of Purchase/Deeds
- $20.00 per hour Inventory of Personal Property Attached or Levied on
Salvage Titles Only
Affidavit of Salvage Repairs to be completed in the name of current title owner as reflected on face of title or proper, legal, reassignment.
Affidavit must be completed before scheduling a vehicle inspection.
$55.00 fee must be paid online.
